Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Studio Hoogenboom offers professional videography services in London, the UK, and Europe. I create high-quality social media videos, brand storytelling, event coverage, and destination videography for small businesses, luxury brands, and individuals. This FAQ covers rates, booking, filming style, and turnaround times.

1. What services do you offer?
I provide professional videography services in London, across the UK, and in Europe. My work includes filming, editing, and producing high-quality short-form videos for brands, events, social media, weddings, fitness studios, and interviews. I handle the entire process from creative concept to final delivery.

2. Do you only work in London?
No! I work across the UK and Europe and travel whenever I can. I’m based in South London but always happy to travel for shoots, and even hold an EU passport. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

3. What’s your filming style?
Natural, dynamic, and people-focused. I like to produce lightly but focus on letting the stories unfold naturally. In an interview setting I help you craft your story but ultimately it's your voice that shines through, just with my help and guidance.

4. How much do you charge?
Rates vary depending on the scope of the project. For smaller shoots, my reel-rate starts from £800. Larger projects, weddings, or brand campaigns are quoted individually. I also offer monthly content retainers for businesses that need regular video production.

5. Do you work with small businesses?
Absolutely, I love to work with and champion small businesses - whether you're a boutique fitness studio, high-end wedding, luxury retreat, or a corporate event, I tailor my approach so you get content that matches your brand and budget.

6. Can you help me come up with ideas?
Yes I'd love to! I’m just as comfortable leading the creative process as I am executing your vision. If you’re not sure where to start, I can help you brainstorm concepts and plan a shoot that works for your goals.

7. How soon should I book a videographer?
For London shoots, booking a few weeks in advance is best to secure your date. For destination videography or event filming, I recommend booking at least 2–3 months ahead. I can sometimes take last-minute bookings if my schedule allows.

8. How quickly will I get my video(s)?
For most short-form content, turnaround is within 7-10 working days after filming. For urgent projects, express delivery can be arranged with .

9. Do you offer revisions?
One round of revisions is included in every project. Additional revisions are available for an extra fee.

10. Do you also offer photography?
While I specialise in video production, I can capture high-quality still images during a shoot or work alongside a professional photographer for a complete visual content package.
