Valley Fest Chef's Demos & Community Garden 

Valley Fest - an independent festival powerhouse held in the beautiful Mendip Hills. A wonderful melting pot of Chefs demo's, eating and drinking. Valley Fest asked me to come along to capture some of the cornerstones of what made the festival unique, such as its' home grown community garden which helps feed the festival for the weekend.
